01
Who we are

Trusted relationships, not transactions.

What distinguishes our practice is a commitment to trusted relationships over transactional thinking. Most of our clients come back. Many have worked with us through multiple aircraft and multiple market cycles. We are not simply facilitating deals; we are helping clients build and manage aviation assets over time, with honest guidance at every turn.

We advise across the full spectrum of business aviation: turboprops, very light jets, light jets, midsize, super-midsize, and large-cabin aircraft. Our IADA accreditation — held by only approximately 100 dealers worldwide — is the industry’s highest standard, requiring financial stability verification, strict ethical compliance, and demonstrated transaction competence. It is the accountability structure our clients deserve.

02
Advisory, not brokerage

A meaningful difference between an advisor and a broker.

A broker facilitates a transaction. An advisor considers your full picture — your mission, your budget, your timeline, the market conditions that day, and what comes after the closing. That distinction shapes every conversation we have with clients and every recommendation we make.

Advisory value comes from independence, knowledge, and the willingness to say what a client needs to hear rather than what moves a deal forward. We have told clients to wait. We have told clients to walk away. We have told clients an aircraft they loved was the wrong one for their operation. Those conversations build the relationships that bring clients back — and that is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Our IADA accreditation is not a marketing credential. It is an accountability structure — one of approximately 100 dealers worldwide that have submitted to independent financial verification, ethical compliance review, and demonstrated transaction competence.

03
Operating values

Four standards we hold ourselves to.

Integrity & transparency

Honest counsel is the foundation of every client relationship. We tell clients what they need to know — about the market, about a specific aircraft, about risks — not what is easiest to say.

Disciplined analysis

Sound advisory work is grounded in rigorous analysis — of market conditions, comparable transactions, maintenance histories, and total cost of ownership. We bring that discipline to every engagement.

Global reach, personal touch

Our worldwide network of operators, dealers, flight departments, and financial institutions gives clients access to opportunities that do not appear on listing services. Every client works directly with their advisor.

Long-term commitment

The closing is not the end of the relationship — it is often the beginning. We stay engaged through ownership transitions, help clients think through the next aircraft, and remain a resource long after.

“They told us to walk away from the first one. The second was the right airplane. We have been with them for three transactions since.”

Founder & Principal

Danny Gizzi

Danny Gizzi is an aviation advisor and Forbes Business Council member and contributor with over 20 years guiding clients through aircraft acquisitions, dispositions, and ownership decisions. He has personally advised on more than 500 aircraft across the full spectrum of business aviation — from single-engine turboprops to large-cabin jets — and across every phase of the market cycle.

Danny founded Aircraft Executives as an advisory practice built on a simple conviction: that clients deserve independent, honest counsel at every stage of aircraft ownership, not just at the moment of a transaction. His knowledge spans market dynamics, maintenance programs, avionics configurations, ownership structures, and the long-term cost implications of every major aircraft platform.

He is a regular contributor to Forbes, writing on private aviation market trends, acquisition strategy, and the future of business aviation. He speaks at industry events including Corporate Jet Investor Miami and is frequently consulted by media covering the private aviation market.
